Integration Summary

At Finvari, we're on a mission to eliminate expense reports for the construction industry. Our platform is the first fully integrated corporate card and expense management platform built for construction. We’re the only all-in-one corporate card and expense management platform that has a direct, real-time integration with CMiC. Our CMiC integration ensures your data is always synchronized, and allows you to import rules and workflow from CMiC into Finvari. With our intuitive mobile app, field and office employees can quickly and easily code and submit expenses. Each time an employee makes a purchase, they receive an alert on the Finvari mobile app which allows employees to code the expense on the spot. The Finvari platform automatically filters all CMiC cost codes (e.g., account, job, cost code, category, equipment, etc.) to only those codes relevant to each employee and activity. No manual data entry, no missing paper receipts, and no incorrect expense coding. The Finvari platform is completely free. There are no implementation or per-user fees, and no monthly subscriptions.

Finvari ingests CMiC data such as company, department, account, job, cost code and category and then automatically filters that data inside Finvari for expense coding and reviews. Finvari then pushes all expense detail and receipt images back into CMiC’s AP Module so that you have all relevant and needed data inside CMiC.

License Requirements

  • There are no additional Finvari licenses required.

  • CMiC users need access, with standard permissions, to the following CMiC applications - AP EM, ECM, JC, and PM. The HR module is optional.
